East Asia 100 Hours of Astronomy Evening Sky Photo is a collaboration project between Apadilangit; Universe Awareness Malaysia and Universe Awareness Japan. It is organized in conjunction with IAU Outreach Global Project 100 Hours of Astronomy.Â
This event welcomes students, amateur and professional astronomers from Malaysia and Japan to share evening sky photo with a foreground represent each country and locality. The goal is to enable as many people as possible to engage with the sky and gain a basic understanding of our astronomical surroundings.


Take a photo of the sunset / evening sky with Venus or planets and local foreground represent your country.
Use your smartphone or digital camera to take your own artistic sky photo between October 1st and 4th 2021 .
3 Easy Ways To Share Your Photos With Us.
1. Take your photo using your smartphone or digital camera.
2. Upload it to your own Instagram or Facebook or Twitter account with interesting caption and use the hashtag #EastAsia100HoursOfAstronomy as well as tag @Apadilangit.
3. Fill out the submission form and upload your photo.
